Current payment status

WinSight Sports uses hosted third-party payment processing for live access purchases when production billing is enabled.

Checkout behavior, supported payment methods, and access-plan windows may evolve as the platform expands, but payment handling is routed through the active payment processor instead of being collected directly inside the site.

Plan start and access windows

When live billing is enabled, paid access will begin at the time shown during checkout or at the time the transaction is confirmed, depending on the final billing implementation.

• Timed plans may include 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day windows.
• Single-sport plans unlock only the selected sport during the purchased window.
• All-access plans unlock all supported sports during the purchased window.

Renewals and cancellation

Renewal behavior will be disclosed clearly before live checkout is enabled. If a plan renews automatically in the future, users will be able to cancel before the next billing cycle through their account or a linked billing portal.

• Cancellation will stop future renewal charges, but will not necessarily end the already-paid access window immediately.
• Access purchased for a fixed term may remain active until the end of that term unless local law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Refund handling will be governed by the plan terms shown at checkout and any applicable law in the user's jurisdiction once payments go live.

• Prototype activations are not real financial transactions.
• For future live payments, refund eligibility may depend on plan type, usage, timing, charge status, and applicable law.
• If a billing error occurs, users should contact support promptly for review.

Taxes, pricing, and payment providers

When live billing is launched, pricing, taxes, accepted payment methods, and the identity of any payment processor will be presented during checkout.

WinSight Sports may use third-party payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and subscription-management providers in the future.
